Check-in and check-out

- Check-out: before 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are available at an additional cost.
Placement of children and provision of additional places
- Children under 6 years stay free of charge without providing an extra bed.
- The cost of accommodation for children over 6 years old and adults in an additional place is specified at the time of booking.
Payment procedure
- 100% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Payment can be made in cash, by bank card or by wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 3 days before arrival – no penalty, prepayment is refunded.
- Cancellation in less than 3 days or no–show - 100% of the cost of the stay is deducted, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation is considered valid only after receiving the cancellation number and confirmation email.
Accommodation with animals
- Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the rooms
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. There are special smoking areas on site.
Rules for visiting the SPA and other recreation areas
- Access to the SPA, pool and fitness areas is provided in accordance with the hotel's internal rules.
